How do you do "I do"

Because I work from home, I often spend the middle parts of my day listening/watching a little TV while I edit. My favorite show to watch is Family Feud. I realize that 29 year olds should not watch this show, but I can't help it. Ever since they added Steve Harvey as the new host...I laugh so hard. This stuff is FUNNY!  Just to give you a taste of what I'm talking about, check out this clip from a recent episode.  After watching this, you can't possibly make fun of me for watching. You'll probably jump on the bandwagon well. Enjoy!

So its not everyday that Superbowl happens 9 miles from your house. Sadly, the week leading up to superbowl was terrible. Tons of ice, negative temperature wind chills, and SNOW. We had 4 snow days. Wish I was a kid in school. That would have been the best week ever!!!!

Even though Superbowl was so close to our house, we were not  able to attend, but certainly enjoyed all the festivities that happened around town. The day of the Superbowl, Michael and I headed over to downtown Ft.Worth to check out the ESPN football field set up as well as all the other ESPN spots in Sundance Square. After taking a gander at all the crazies walking around the area, we went to Blaine and Andrea's house to watch the superbowl /commercials with the rest of our small group.

Below are a few pics to capture the day. And as usual, I am obsessed with taking pictures of Michael and I. Enjoy our faces :)

January was full  of fun. We visited my "Cousin-Uncle" in Lewisville. Papa Murphy's pizza was in order for that trip. After an evening of video games, chatting and doing whatever Zoe (the little one) wanted, we drive home at 11pm pooped but having padded our 'FUN TIMES' file with good memories.

Then the next weekend we went to hang out with Michael's siblings & puppies. Had a great piece of cake of Hunky Hamburgers, shopping at whole foods and hung out in their swanky apartment.

My small group was, once upon a time, made up of all single gals. In 2009  I got married. This weekend (Feb. 11th) another gal from the group, Hannah will get married. YAY!!! Her shower was amazing! Cannot wait for the wedding!

Another girlfriend from the small group became a  foster parent, so we celebrated with gourmet cupcakes, blessings  and gifts.

To properly end the month, our couples small group came over for some Dinner and ROCK BAND!

Excited to get February working, see lots of family and continue with those weight-loss goals!
