How do you do "I do"
Picture
Aurora is a ball of energy at all times. In college, some people called her “Turbo” because she was always going, always working, always on the move. Sometimes her personality would be so charged she would be asked to take her energy from a 10 to a 3.  Bring it down a couple of notches, already!
Aurora laughs loud and big. Her smile and joy is contagious, and her genuine kindness is sweet and endearing. Living life next to her, you can’t help but to have a good time and want more.

Lots of life and lots of enthusiasm explode from her being. She is a big personality.  Aurora can’t help it!  She is a lively individual…after all, her family is just as thrilling and enthusiastic as she.

Michael is a sweet spirit. His heart and passions drive his desires. His quiet gentle personality is calming and inviting. People love talking to Michael. He listens and respects your heart.

His laugh is very cute, small and quiet. Michael’s “big laugh” is equivalent to Aurora’s giggle. He moves through life without care or worry. Always one step ahead of the game, always one move away from beating you at any board game.

Michael is a coupon master. Some call his skills to “get things for free” a quirk, but Aurora finds it smart and crafty. Not only is he brilliant with numbers and history, he is brilliant at life. He always finds ways to make others feel special and welcome.

Together they perfectly complement each others talents. Both share a love and gift for the arts. Michael plays the piano and they both sing together. Both have the visual talent for composition in art. Painting, drawing and photography bring them much joy and satisfaction. There is no doubt their children will be terribly gifted with brains and artistic skill.
But will they be loud or quiet?  That remains to be seen!

Short Love Story
Michael and Aurora had a very unique opportunity to grow a relationship. Since they both worked from home, there were able to spend nearly unlimited quality time getting to know one another. The amount of time a traditional couple spends together in a week was what they spent together in a day.

Their first date was at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX. Michael chose to meet there because he believed that the first fruits of all things in life belong to the Lord. He wanted to make sure that if this relationship went anywhere, the firsts fruits belonged to God.

After church they went to dinner and walked around toying with their cameras, getting to know one another, learning about life through each other’s eyes.

One the first date Michael fell in love with Aurora and knew he wanted to marry her. On the second date Aurora fell in love with Michael and began to talk about getting married. Some say they moved too fast, but the reality was, they were moving on the timeline God presented to them. Each believed they were fully living in Gods will for their lives. God had completely ordained their meeting and is the focus of their lives individually and as a couple.

Two weeks later, on a Sunday, Michael and Aurora were leaving church. Michael wanted to go into the prayer room and pray for their relationship. After they spent some time praying, Michael looked up at Aurora and without any fear in his heart or eyes, he asked he to marry him. She quickly responded with ‘YES!’

Both are as happy as ever. Aurora has already started repainting the house and Michael is happily assisting her with anything she needs. Both care greatly about the other, always putting their needs first and making sure each other is cared for. They make a wonderful team.
